This music came about in a rapidly changing part of my life in the winter of 2017 to the summer of 2018. My mom was told she had a tumor on her brain and after extensive surgeries we still don't know what is going to happen. Her memory has forever been effected and the processes she normally used to learn is gone. She describes the effect as "I am able to understand what I am seeing and want to say but unable to express it verbally". At the same time my sister has been fighting with alcoholism to such an extent that it has gravely effected her life. This music is dedicated to them and that moment in time.
